bel3arabe.com provides a free, browser-based Arabizi-to-Arabic transliterator. The service is provided as-is and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the service.
• Use automated tools to make bulk requests without prior written permission.

4. Accuracy

The transliteration engine is based on frequency statistics and phonetic rules. It may produce incorrect results, especially for rare words, proper nouns, or ambiguous inputs. You are responsible for verifying output before use in any formal context.

5. Intellectual property

The core transliteration engine (transliterate.js) is open-source and available on GitHub under the MIT license. The bel3arabe.com brand, logo, and site design are proprietary. You may not reproduce them without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
